- LEAD TIME: All products leave our facility in approx. 2-3 business days,(excluding custom choice, LUXE’ and feeders) unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Some of our custom products have longer lead times. All tracking information and numbers are sent to the email you have provided at checkout. This email is generated from USPS. If you do not see it in your primary box please check your spam or junk folder! Longer lead times may apply during peak periods (holidays or special promotions). Most orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 6-7 business days.
- USPS Shipping: All products are shipped USPS Priority flat rate 2-3 business day. Feeders are shipped FedEx ground.
- RUSH DELIVERY: If you need your order shipped out within 1-2 business days, you must contact us prior to placing your order by email or phone to confirm details. There is an additional $15.00 fee for all rush delivery orders. Overnight shipments are typically very pricey and will be the customer’s responsibility. What is Titan Sticks company policies?
ALL of our sticks are made with fine workmanship and quality material. All of our poppers are hand-tied, and therefore may have slight variations in texture, shape, finish, and size.
- CUSTOM REVIEW: If this applies to your product, then it is extremely important that you review and approve custom colors chosen. Titan Sticks will produce your custom product EXACTLY as it is entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the customization, as Titan Sticks does not allow returns, refunds or credits on any product. Custom product sales are final.
- What is the return policy? : All customized products are a final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized products (this includes custom Custom Choice sticks and LUXE’). If you receive a damaged product, then contact our customer support – firstname.lastname@example.org – within 3 days of receiving the order. An RA number must be issued to you for returned items. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions are allowed. All inspections are completed prior to packaging. Photos must be submitted of your damaged product through email email@example.com.
- I think I want a different size or color? : If you’re unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, such as sizing or color selections, we’ll help you fix it. This exchange must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unused condition. An exchange must be returned in these conditions before your new selected choice will be sent. A return authorization will be issued to you. The return package must include your previous order receipt with your RA number inside. If your package does not contain these items it will be refused. To exchange your product Contact customer support – firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping cost.
- Why is my color slightly different than the photo? : Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the products may vary. Titan Sticks does not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.
- My package has not arrived, or says delivered but not here? All packages include carrier insurance. We are not responsible for carrier mistakes, damaged or lost packages. We will try our best to assist you in finding your package. Once your package leaves our facility for shipment it is then the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact your local Post office with your tracking number for further information and answers.
- STICK REPLACEMENT POLICY: Titan Sticks takes pride in the quality of products delivered to our customers; we inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. For items that show defect under normal use, we will issue a replacement within 30 days of purchase date. This does not include fiberglass breaks within the shaft of any stick. As this kind of break is typically not due to normal use and is not repairable. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. Titan Sticks is not responsible for products damaged during the carriers shipping process. All items are thoroughly checked for defects prior to packaging and shipping. If your product or packaging is damaged during shipment please contact your local United States Postal Service Master. You must provide your tracking information at that time to file a claim. Your package includes USPS insurance.
- I received the wrong color, size or product now what? : If you received the wrong stock color product or item please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for replacement. All processed orders are inspected multiple times before leaving our facility. But mistakes do happen occasionally during busy seasons! We are happy to get corrected order out. Please send a photo of your unused mint condition product to confirm the issue. Once confirmed an RA exchange shipping label will then be sent to you for exchange of your product. Incorrect item must be returned prior to shipment of exchange. Don’t worry, this is our mistake and no extra charge to you!
- Titan Sticks has a 30-day warranty period from the time of online purchase. If your stick breaks during normal wear-and-tear in this time period, please send us an image. We will review the image and follow up with you regarding a repair/replacement. Please send images to email@example.com. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. This does not include our series of “Basic Betty”. Because the basic betty contains a replaceable snap and is not hand-tied by us.
- If you’re past the 30-day warranty period, please send images to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll follow up with you shortly regarding the process and cost of repair/replacement.
- Popper replacement- If your popper is outside of 30 days there is a fee to replace your popper. We must review a photo of your stick to ensure your popper is replaceable. Popper replacement fee is $17.00 this includes shipping both ways. Please contact us to arrange a replacement and submit your photos.
Returned to Sender:
- If an order is returned to Titan Sticks for an incorrect address, TITAN Sticks will then attempt to contact you the customer. Once contact has been made we will reship the order at the expense of the purchaser.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address and the purchaser does not pay for it to be reshipped, then the order will not be refunded. All orders are final sale.
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
